Urban Anaga Hotel - Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Nicely designed and stylish hotel with very friendly staff at the night shift, liked our staying. We stayed in double room with 5 windows overlooking the skyline of santa cruz. The food they offered was local, had a good choice of meals.

Nice and absolutely perfect location, a minute walk from La Recova Art Center. Great service within 20 km of the airport.

Strong shower pressure made for a refreshing experience.

The breakfast selection was monotonous, lacking variety over four days.

The rooftop bar offers fine views of the city skyline.

Totally recommend for a weekend getaway

Cozy room, friendly staff, the location is perfect with plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel and easy access to the nearby airport just 13 km away.

I stayed here recently and loved how the Municipal Museum of Fine Arts was just a short stroll away at only about 500 meters, making it easy to explore the city's art scene, plus, Parque Garcia Sanabria was a mere 1 km walk, perfect for a serene afternoon surrounded by greenery.

The room was spacious and clean, leaving a great first impression. Noise from the bars nearby disrupted the peace, making sleep difficult. The front desk's communication could use some improvement, as they didn't ask about our experience during checkout. A mixed experience, overall.

Perfect for family fun!

Our family had a blast! The room was super spacious, perfect for the kids to run around. Loved starting our day with a tasty breakfast, and the staff was friendly! Having a little kitchen was a cool surprise for making quick snacks. Only bummer was the bed size- a queen feels a bit tight with the whole fam in there.

I had an very nice experience with a super clean, spacious room and a fantastic breakfast selection. The coffee was amazing, definitely a highlight of our stay! Would return.

The location of Urban Anaga is prime, right in the city center. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like a hair dryer and kettle. Breakfast impressed me with its variety, offering plenty of tasty options. Staff members were helpful, answering my questions and ensuring I had what I needed. I had some trouble with the noisy rooftop bar. It played loud music some nights, disrupting my sleep. I also noticed that the common areas felt a bit bland and lacked inviting seating. The hotel could definitely do better in promoting sustainability by avoiding single-use toiletries and offering refill stations for water bottles. Despite the noise and common area issues, I enjoyed my stay overall and would consider returning.

It was an excellent fit for shopping in Santa Cruz de Tenerife with reasonable value. Breakfast was a bit monotonous, but the food itself was tasty. Try to avoid rooms facing the street for a quieter experience.

The room was spacious, super clean, and really cozy. The bed was huge, easily enough for a couple and maybe a few extra guests. The bathroom had a great shower and nice toiletries-even a kit for shaving. Plus, there was a coffee maker for that morning boost. Had a great night's sleep! Just a slight noise from the music upstairs during the night, though.
